What to expect when you get this home: Because we prepare fresh, they are designed to arrive COLD and not necessarily frozen. We do a quick flash freeze to provide you with a Fresh experience right to your door.  Refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 1 year!

We suggest cooking from thawed. For the quickest thaw, simply place sealed package(s) in a container of cold water for approx. 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight
