The artisan-style texture around the watch face reminds me of the jewelry I've always treasured from Bali. That's not to mention the three-strand foxtail chain, which gives the watch Italian jewelry feel to the design.
Whether it's the casual feel of sodalite or a slightly edgy vibe from black mother of pearl, the femininity of white mother of pearl or the southwestern look from green turquoise, each stone for the watch face and the dial has its own unique mood.
