All products Uncured. No preservatives, no antibiotics, no MSG, no gluten. Refrigerate after opening and serve within 7-10 days. Shelf life for the ham is 75 days if kept below 40 degrees and 2 years if kept below zero. Shelf life for sausage and brats is 180 days is kept frozen.

Shipping: If ordered Wednesday-Monday, product will be secured and shipped the following Tuesday to ensure product integrity. Expected ship dates for Just Jill are 12/7 and 12/14 (orders will not be taken after 12/13).
Will ship in 3 days. All items are shipped frozen in a Styrofoam insulated cooler with 3-4 ice packs to help ensure quality. These precautions ensure freshness when we ship all over the 48 states. From time to time we will encounter a package that takes longer than other (because things happen). If this happens and the product seems thawed please temp right away and if the temperature does not exceed 50 plus degrees, place the product in the freezer or refrigerator and the the product will be fine.
