(2) Chicago Style Strip: Favored for its beefy flavor, our Strip Steaks are from the center (no tough tendons here), and offer just enough marbling, providing a steak that is incredibly tender, rich & flavorful. The fine marbling and 14-day wet aging result in a more pronounced, buttery flavor.
(2) Ribeye: The best choice for those who prize flavor above all else; for its well-marbled fat and a high degree of tenderness, the flavor of ribeye is second to none. We handcraft this steak to showcase the brilliantly marbled center, including a nice “Rib Eye Cap” on one end which is loaded with delicious flavor.
Italian Sausage: Our in-house, craft made Italian Sausage is the same great tasting, flavorful, juicy Italian Sausage that Chicagoans have been enjoying for years. From Chicago’s Little Italy and beyond, these beauties are available Hot (absolutely, hands down our favorite!) or Mild. And if you grew up in the Chicagoland area, yes, deez are dem!
(2) Center Bone-In Pork Chop: Like well-marbled ribeye steaks, pork needs marbling, not water and sodium solutions. These 2, 8 oz center chops have natural marbling, making it naturally juicy and delicious.
