E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions

By using your Just Jill Shop gift card, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, so we recommend that you read them carefully. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the law of your country and region of residence.

You can purchase gift cards online at justjillshop.com in the United States.

Once your order has been approved, e-gift cards purchased on justjillshop.com will generate a gift card code that will be emailed to the purchaser.

You can use your gift card online only at justjillshop.com. You cannot exchange your gift card balance for cash or use the balance of the gift card to purchase another gift card.

Physical gift cards are not provided.

All purchases made with gift cards are subject to the acceptance of our Terms of Sale for online purchasing. You acknowledge that you have carefully read such Terms of Sale and agree to fully comply with them. Upon redemption, any unused balance will be carried over for future purchases and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Your justjillshop.com gift card has no expiry date.

The total order value for products purchased online with a gift card includes (i) the price of the product(s), (ii) value-added tax where applicable. If the order total is more than the balance on your gift card, the remaining sum must be paid for by another accepted payment method or another gift card.

The gift card balance will be reduced immediately following the purchase. 

If a customer used a gift card to make a purchase and then wants to return the item for a refund, upon receipt of the returned item, Just Jill can make the refund to the same gift card, and the gift card balance is updated automatically. 

Gift cards can be used more than once, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card. 

Customers can redeem more than one gift card at checkout. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

Gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

You have the right to cancel your justjillshop.com gift card within 10 days of receipt provided that you have not used the gift card. In case of cancellation, Just Jill Shop will refund the amount of the gift card to the original payment method used during ordering within 30 days of cancellation.

We cannot replace your justjillshop.com gift card without proper proof of purchase if it is lost, stolen or damaged. Just Jill cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on a justjillshop.com gift card as the result of fraud or theft. Please contact us for more information.

Just Jill reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review gift cards and orders where it is deemed necessary to do so, for example for suspected fraud, cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination or for other violations of gift card policies.

Orders

Unfortunately, we cannot add to your order after it's placed. We start to process all orders right away.

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and Shop Pay at checkout.  We do not accept Credit Gift Cards, personal checks or money orders.

Your card will be charged as soon as you place your order.

There is no sales tax collected on many orders with Just Jill.  In some states where we've triggered a "tax nexus" based on ample sales there, sales tax is applied.  And if your order is shipping to Pennsylvania there’s also a sales tax. (Sorry fellow Pennsylvanians, I don’t make those rules!)

Currently, Just Jill doesn't offer a discount on "bulk orders" but we starting in Q4 2022 we will offer Shop Pay Installments so that customers have the option to pay in full at check out or to pay installments on orders over $50.  Please see the Shop Pay Installments FAQ for more information.

Yes, Just Jill Shop offers Shop Pay Installments to give you the option to pay in 4 monthly, interest-free installments. See the Shop Pay FAQ under Payments for more information.

It is optional to setup an account at checkout. If you create an account, you can log in by clicking the person icon in the top right of the site next to the shopping bag icon. You will be prompted to log in with your email and password and then will be able to see your order history.

We process your order as soon as you place it. So, in most cases we unfortunately do not have the ability to modify or cancel it. However, you can return or exchange most items after you receive them. See our Return Policy under the Returns section for details.

Just Jill does retail select items as limited time offers because we know that feeling special matters.  We rotate these items to match a theme or just to offer a pleasant surprise!  The best way to know about the happenings for Just Jill Shop are to sign up for an account at checkout to received the Just Jill Newsletter.

Shipping

Orders are usually fulfilled within 72 hours of being placed and then shipped. Your order should arrive within 7-10 business days after placing your order. Multiple items in an order may ship separately.

Tracking information will be provided to the email address associated with the order once our partners have shipped your item(s).

Here are some general shipping guidelines:

  • Food Items packed with dry ice will ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Orders must be received by 12pm EST on Wednesday to be shipped in the same week.
  • All dry ice packed food items ship 2-day express or 2-day ground.
  • Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Most items can ship to a PO Box. This excludes oversized items and perishable items. You will receive a message during checkout if the item is not eligible to ship to a PO Box.

Please contact the shipping carrier responsible for your order (UPS, FedEx, USPS) using the tracking information associated with your item. They may be able to do a search to help you find your package. If you need further assistance, please contact hello@justjill.com.

Our items are fulfilled by partners in different locations. We’re not able to delay shipment but are working on the ability to do so in the future.

In some cases, Holiday shipping cutoffs may apply. Typically we will observe cutoff dates for Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. and will update this section below when this applies.

Please place your order by the date noted below to ensure they'll be delivered in time.

We cannot guarantee holiday delivery for items placed after the cutoff date.

Heavy bulky items may have increased shipping which will be applied at checkout.

A link with tracking information will be sent directly to the email address you used to place your order when our partner ships the item.

Currently, we do not have the capabilities to ship products outside of the United States. Just Jill ships to the 48 contiguous states only at this time.

Currently Just Jill Shop does not offer free shipping. While we hope to get there, we’re still small & growing. We negotiate with each vendor-partner to include the best shipping rates possible, and we revisit those rates on a regular basis in order to stay current.  Just Jill includes shipping on most purchases to keep things simple at checkout and so that our customers have full transparency at first glance on every retail.

For now, if you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address you would like to ship to. We’re hoping to bring this functionality to our customers in the future.

Just Jill Shop negotiates shipping rates with each of our vendors and we ask our partners to be as aggressive as possible in order to pass those lean rates on to our customers. Shipping rates may vary per product category or brand. Most items sold on Just Jill Shop are offered with shipping included in the retail shown on the site.

Returns

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase but sometimes things don’t work out. Many items are eligible for returns and you can return an item that doesn’t meet expectations or if you've changed your mind. The return window is 14 calendar days after the receipt of the item and we will issue a refund for items in new condition, minus the shipping costs. Refunds will include the sales tax (if any) collected at time of purchase. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that arrive damaged due to issues in transit will be exchanged for the same item on our site.

NOTE:  Most items are eligible for return but there are some common-sense exceptions like beauty, food, perishables, used candles, any product that you’ve used all of or product listed as final sale items.

For a speedy, smooth return, please email hello@justjill.com. Our team is still small and customer emails inquiries will usually receive a response within 24 hours. There may be delays in this process during high volume times such as the winter holidays.

If your order arrived damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, Just Jill will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For other returns, we are unable to cover return shipping costs. Please keep in mind that we are working hard to keep rates as low as possible. In some cases we will require that you pay the cost of return shipping for exchanges.

Getting your refund takes about 7-10 business days after the item has been delivered back to us. You’ll receive a credit to your original form of payment (credit card or PayPal). If you’re returning a gift, you’ll get a store credit.

Write a complete answer to the most frequent questions that your customers might have, such as important product information, shipping policies, payment issues or returns.

There is no restocking fee to return items to Just Jill. The cost for shipping on returns and some exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. Just Jill does cover return shipping if you received the wrong item or it was defective or damaged in transit.

We accept exchanges, and in some cases, we will need the customer to cover the cost of return shipping.  In those cases, shipping to you will be included for both items. We’re doing all we can to keep the cost of our items affordable and in working with our partners, but sometimes we’re not able to cover the cost of the return. To make your exchange go smoothly, email us at hello@justjill.com and let us know what you need to exchange.

We accept exchanges for the same item in a size, color, or pattern that's in stock. If there is any price difference in the items, our customer service team will work with you on either a refund or an additional charge for the difference.

A Just Jill team member will respond via email with a return address. Just Jill does not cover the return shipping costs for exchanges, except when the wrong item was shipped to you or your item arrives damaged.

Payment

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and Just Jill Gift Cards. Customers may also qualify to pay with Shop Pay Installments. 

We do not accept Credit Gift Cards, personal checks or money orders.

1. If the billing zip code we have on file does not match the one on your credit card, an authorization hold will be applied to your card. This will be resolved and removed from your account within 3-5 business days.

2. Some customers experience difficulty getting their order to go through on the first try. If your payment information was filled out, and you hit the "Complete Order" button, but you receive an error message and the order does not go through, you may see an extra charge on your account. These charges say "pending" or "processing", have the same total as your order, and are usually removed within 1-2 business days.

Yes, Just Jill works with Shop Pay Installments in an effort to offer customers the ability to pay in installments.  For example, for approved customer, a $200 purchase could be split into 4 interest-free monthly installments of $50.

Shop Pay Installments offers the option to pay for an order in installment payments on any cart value over $50. You can pay 4 monthly installments that are interest-free, with the first payment applied at checkout.    

Checking eligibility has no impact to credit and approved customers will have Shop Pay applied to the first order. Note, For orders over $150 customers can pay over 12 months with applicable interest applied.

Shop Pay is based on your cart/order value and all items on Just Jill Shop are qualified.

My Account

Not necessarily. If you checked out as a Guest in the past, you must create an account with us to enjoy benefits such as being able to see your order history and maintain your wishlist. Orders placed as a guest will not be visible in account history.

To create a new account, visit https://justjillshop.com/account/login.

You can update credit card information during the checkout process on your next purchase. To do this, proceed to check out as normal. In Step 3 of the checkout process, you can add your new card information. Please note that even if all the information except the expiration date is the same, you will need to put in all the information again. After you have finished, check the box "Save card for future use." This will store the updated card information for future orders.

Emails & Outreach

You can subscribe via the Newsletter form in the footer of the website. You can also sign up at checkout.

Jill gathers with her folks to engage in Facebook Lives throughout the year. Our "Lives" are 30-60 minutes long and allow Jill to introduce our brands, tell the story and details products for sales on our site.  Follow Jill on Facebook or sign-up for our newsletter to learn more.

Using The Website

Next to the item that it out of stock is an icon that says “Notify me when Available”. You can provide your email address to receive an email when the item comes back in stock.

Polish Pottery FAQs

Yes, this pottery is safe to use in the microwave and dishwasher safe.

Our Polish Pottery is Oven Safe to 450* F.

Yes.

No. You should let the pottery come to room temp and then move oven or microwave. 

Sudden changes in temp can cause cracking or damage.

No. Do not place on a direct heat source, in the broiler or under a microwave browning element.

Avoid sudden temperature changes such as moving from cold to hot - always allow the pottery to come to room temp before place in hot or cold.

Make sure the pottery is completely dry before placing in oven or microwave as the moisture can cause cracking or chipping.

Do not place hot pottery on wet spaces or handle with a wet cloth as the hot dish may crack when touching cold water.

When warming in the microwave, use the piece that best fits the portion. This fosters that food will cook evenly and avoid "hot spots" that could lead to crazing or cracking.
