From Bauer's Candies who produced the famous “Modjeska” originally named “Caramel Biscuit”, a rich confection my great-grandfather began producing in 1889. The “Modjeska” is a homemade creamy marshmallow center hand dipped into a rich and creamy homemade caramel. We make our Modjeska's the old-fashioned way and use only the best ingredients.  Honestly, it's hard to beat the rich, buttery flavor of homemade caramel.

Bauer’s White Chocolate raspberry and classic Modjeska’s

Got these based on Jill’s description/recommendation for my daughter and SIL They loved them. They were having houseguests for a week and put these out of sight so they wouldn’t disappear!!! They were too good to share. I put in another order Before the raspberry disappears. Will definitely be trying the other varieties. Thank you Jill - everything I have gotten from you has been exactly as described and excellent.

SO DELICIOUS

I have never heard of this candy but took a chance on Jill's recommendation plus I love raspberries. WOW. They are so delicious They don't have an overwhelming raspberry taste so even if raspberries aren't your thing, I think you would like them. It also came in the original flavor and they were also delicious. The caramel is so smooth and the combination of caramel and marshmallow is so good and different. I also love the texture. I gave my husband a taste and he loves it too. Thanks Jill. I never would have tried this candy without your suggestion and now I'm madly in love with it.
