The bracelet was ordered on Monday, Nov 25, 2024 and not received until Dec 12, 2024. There was some kind of a snafu in the ordering/mailing process. I would have appreciated being told exactly what happened & why. The bracelet is nice. You do have to ensure the little gold hearts are turned in the correct direction. The "underside" that will touch the skin is not quite finished as well & as smoothly as the other side on the bracelet that I received.

This bracelet is absolutely beautiful! The card that comes with it expresses exactly how I feel about one of my best friends but could not put into words so eloquently. We wait until 1/6 to exchange gifts with each other, but I know she will be thrilled with this bracelet!
