From Bauer's Candies who produced the famous “Modjeska” originally named “Caramel Biscuit”, a rich confection my great-grandfather began producing in 1889. The “Modjeska” is a homemade creamy marshmallow center hand dipped into a rich and creamy homemade caramel. We make our Modjeska's the old-fashioned way and use only the best ingredients.  This limited Quantity Modjeska's has White Chocolate Strawberry marshmallows as the center.
