Shortbread may have originated in Scotland, but I think that Blake's Mother took it up a notch. Baked with love in West Chester, PA, I have a feeling that you will love these as much as I do.  They're so buttery, tender and with the perfect airy crunch.  No dense or hard cookie here!

About Blake's Mother's Cookies

Loraine, a chef by trade and having tried many cookies in her lifetime, found her inspiration in a unique flavored Shortbread at a summer party. After some experimenting, she arrived at her family-approved recipe.

Though loved by her catering guests, her cookies gained their name and popularity at her youngest son's summer job after Blake regularly shared his mother's cookies. Loraine realized their potential, expanding production and flavors. Blake's Mother's Cookies quickly grew to serve specialty stores in the East, still handcrafted and family-approved.
