It begins with the most premium top sirloin roast. We then slow roast and steam it for hours until it's cooked to a beautifully tender, medium rare. (We then reserve the drippings and create an au jus bursting with Italian beef flavor!) It's then thinly shaved and vacuum packaged- allowing you to warm it gently (in under 1 minute!) in the au jus/gravy to mouthwatering perfection. Feeds 8-10.

Giardiniera (pronounced jar-deen-YAIR-uh) is Italian for "from the garden" and is a Chicago tradition in many Italian American households. Ours is an 8oz blend of pickled veggies and sweet peppers- packed and preserved in oil or, as we consider it, liquid gold! It adds texture and a satisfying crunch and is just what you need to bring your hot dogs, burgers, sandwiches, nachos, antipasto platters, and pasta salads to life. In Chicago, you'll even commonly find it served on pizzas, and no Italian beef sandwich is complete without it!

For over half a century, the Turano family has been dedicated to baking delicious and authentic European-style bread right in Chicago. A classic roll with high protein content is hand formed with care and heart-baked creating a light, crunchy top, crisp golden-brown bottom, and a tender, fluffy inside. The high protein content yields a roll that won't fall apart from that dipped beef juiciness! And only one roll, and a French one at that, really holds up to the Italian Beef sandwich.
