Jill Hi! this is my first purchase. This is absolutely beautiful, but for the price there should be a timer. Luckily I don't use lights too often. I think no timer will discourage buyers, especially with such a high price. But fits right in with Valeries tree and eventually her lace Mr. Mrs Clause
