Very pretty spinner

This spinner is very pretty, but some of the sections were not cut all the way through. Otherwise, I love it.

VERY PRETTY SPINNER

The spinner is very colorful and eye-catching; but smaller than I anticipated.
Perhaps a little pricey for the size; but I'm giving it as a gift and I know it will be stunning.
