Their secret? The finest ingredients, including rich chocolate liquor, real butter, and fresh whipping cream, combined with the expert touch of their dedicated chocolatiers.

German Chocolate  – Smooth and creamy milk chocolate ganache center mixed with crushed pecans and coconut flakes, dipped in Dark Chocolate.
Pecan Pie – Sweet Southern Pecan Pie center dipped in milk chocolate, topped with a fresh pecan.
Red Velvet – A silky smooth and luxurious red velvet chocolate center is covered in white chocolate, drizzled with milk chocolate, and topped with crystalized sugar.
Carrot Cake  – A carrot cake-inspired ganache center hand dipped in Belgian white chocolate couverture.
Gimme Smore – Graham cracker crumbles accent the rich roasted marshmallow and milk chocolate center that is enrobed in milk chocolate and decorated with white chocolate topped with toasted marshmallow jellybean.

As it relates to chocolate, a Sweet Shop USA Truffle is a chocolate center with either one or two coatings of chocolate. Each truffle center is hand-formed and hand-dipped in coatings of chocolate, and then personally signed or decorated by the dipper, to identify the piece. A Sweet Shop grand truffle is usually identifiable by its size, each piece weighing approximately 1.5 oz.
