We use a whole, fresh Center Cut Sirloin as it yields a much leaner and tender steak bite, which bursts with great beefy Steakhouse flavor, rather than traditional Ribeye, which can be Fatty. No need to shave as we use the "Chateaubriand" of Sirloin, so it's SLICED thin, incredibly tender, and melts in your mouth, allowing you to actually taste the steak

It includes a 12oz jar of the Craft Made Cheese Sauce It's an irresistible blend of Cheddar with just a touch of Sweet Baby Bleu Cheese, garlic, oil, & Italian herbs. It heats up quickly and blankets everything beautifully. It should be used sparingly! Make sure to mix it in as you cook the meat; a little goes a long way!
Don't forget about the bread! 6 Soft Sub Rolls, which are baked by Chicago’s iconic Turano Baking Co., are also included. Toast them in the oven for 3-5 minutes to send them over the top!
