Our Pressed Flowers line is handmade with love by a woman artisan in Bogota, Colombia. She grows the flowers in her home garden, picks them once they bloom, and dries them in old-fashioned yellow phone books until they are ready to be artfully placed, one by one, onto each individual bowl/platter.
Once she lays out her design, she carefully coats the pieces in several layers of epoxy. The process is a long and arduous one, but the result is truly stunning!
